1. Products and availability

Product photographs and descriptions are provided to represent items as accurately as reasonably possible. Handmade products, screen settings, lighting and material batches may cause minor differences in colour, finish, size or arrangement. Availability and stock may change without notice.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices displayed at checkout apply at the time an order is submitted. Taxes, delivery charges, discounts and coupon conditions will be shown before payment. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

3. Orders

We may contact you to verify order or delivery information. We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions or other operational reasons. Any eligible amount received for a cancelled order will be handled according to the applicable refund process.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Eligibility depends on order status, product type and the condition of the item received. Personalised, used, damaged-after-delivery or hygiene-sensitive products may not be returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied. Contact support promptly with order details and clear photographs when reporting a problem.

6. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, product photographs, graphics, text and design are owned by or licensed to Heartly Wishes. They may not be copied, republished or commercially used without written permission.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Heartly Wishes will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed delivery or misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having lawful jurisdiction over the business location will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
