This Shipping Policy explains how Heartly Wishes processes and delivers orders within supported locations in India.
Processing
Orders are prepared after successful payment confirmation. Processing time may increase during festivals, sales, bulk orders or for customised products.
Charges and estimates
Applicable delivery charges and free-shipping eligibility are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and begin after dispatch, not necessarily on the order date.
Address responsibility
Please provide a complete name, mobile number, house or building details, street, landmark, city, state and correct PIN code. Re-shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be chargeable.
Delays and failed delivery
Courier delays, weather, holidays, restricted locations and force-majeure events may affect delivery. Keep your phone available for courier communication. Orders returned after failed attempts may require additional shipping charges.
